Fibrous dysplasia is a benign fibro-osseous disease of bone of unknown etiology. Its occurrence in
the maxillo-facial region is frequent. Because of the benign nature of the condition, the surgery itself
should be relatively conservative. Recently, bisphosphonates have shown progress in the treatment
of patients with fibrous dysplasia. In the current case report, combination of enucleation and performance
of alendronate to the fibrous dysplasia is reported.
